We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time, in which case we will update the “Last Revised” date at the top of this Privacy Policy, post the updated version on our Services and take any other steps required by applicable law. We collect information from or about you in various ways when you visit our hotels or interact with our services. We may also collect information about you from third parties.

The Personal Information we collect from our hotel customers, prospective customers, and visitors to our Site and Application help us deliver our Services, personalize your stay, and improve your overall experience with us.

If you are a job applicant, we may collect your contact information as well as certain information about you, including, race, ethnicity, previous employment and education history, references, information relating to disabilities, physical or mental health information, sexual orientation, veteran status, trade union membership, immigration or naturalization records, information relating to your criminal record and background check, interview notes, and any correspondence between us.
5. How We Use Your Personal Information
We primarily use Personal Information to provide, maintain, and improve our Services, but we may also use Personal Information for the following purposes:

When determining the length of time to retain information, we consider various criteria, including whether we need the information to continue to administer your account, provide the Services, resolve a dispute, enforce our contractual agreements, prevent harm, promote safety, security and integrity, or protect ourselves, including our rights, property or products.

Information about our retention of Personal Information is described above in Data Security and Retention. We only use and disclose sensitive Personal Information for the purposes specified in the CCPA or otherwise in line with your consent.
We do not have actual knowledge that we “sell” or “share” (as those terms are defined under the CCPA and used throughout this section) Personal Information of residents under 16 years of age. However, we do share certain categories of Personal Information and, in the preceding 12 months, we have shared the following categories of Personal Information with third parties for advertising and marketing purposes about residents. For purposes of the CCPA, this may also qualify as a sale or sharing of Personal Information.

California residents under the age of 18 who have registered to use the Services and who posted reviews to our Site regarding our Services can request that such reviews be removed from the Services by contacting us at the information provided below. We will make reasonable good faith efforts to remove the review from prospective public view or anonymize it so the minor cannot be individually identified. This removal process cannot ensure complete or comprehensive removal. For instance, third parties may have republished the review and archived copies of it may be stored by search engines and others that we do not control.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. Further information may be needed to verify your identity before exercising these rights, such as your email address or government issued ID. You may designate, in writing or through a power of attorney document, an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf to exercise your rights. Before accepting such a request from an agent, we will require that the agent provide proof you have authorized them to act on your behalf, and we may need you to verify your identity directly with us.
