Cancellation & Refund Policy

Payments accepted for reservations of The Yurt are non-refundable.

Your reservation can be cancelled for the confirmed dates, and you have the opportunity to reschedule your booking for a future date. This action must be taken within one calendar year of the date of the original booking, and the stay must take place within that same time frame.

Cancellation of a rescheduled booking is final, and the option to reschedule a second time is not provided.
